First in Flight Scholarship
The First in Flight Scholarship is dedicated to assisting an individual in the pursuit of achieving their aviation dream.
Applicants are evaluated based upon merit, career aspirations, dedication, contributions to the community, First in Flight chapter involvement, and following application directions.
The First in Flight Scholarship will be awarded to an applicant who has either, volunteered at or participated in chapter events, attended chapter meetings, or demonstrated active participation within the chapter.
All applicants must be living, working, or studying within North Carolina or South Carolina. Awards are paid directly to the organization, university, college, flight school or program of choice. Applicants must use funds within one year of acceptance.
The application window is open from May 1st to June 1st.
The First in Flight Scholarship winner will be announced prior to July 1st.
